Requirements

Baseline expectations for B300 applicants

We hire team members who are dependable, professional, and prepared to work in dynamic client environments.

Must be 19 years of age or older
Valid BC Security Worker License or willingness to obtain
Clean criminal record check
Strong communication and report writing skills
Reliable transportation for site based assignments
Availability for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
First Aid certification is considered an asset

We are currently hiring for the following frontline security roles.

Security Guard Full Time

Greater Vancouver

We are hiring full time security officers for commercial, residential, and industrial sites across Greater Vancouver. In this role, you will manage access control, conduct property checks, respond to incidents, and complete accurate shift reports. Most assignments are 8 to 12 hour shifts with evening and overnight availability required. You will be briefed on site procedures before your first shift and supported by our 24/7 dispatch team throughout.

Mobile Patrol Officer

Vancouver & Lower Mainland

As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will cover multiple client properties per shift using a company assigned vehicle, conducting exterior inspections, responding to alarm activations, checking access points, and submitting detailed visit reports. This role is based in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Shifts vary, and evening, overnight, and weekend availability is expected. A clean driving record and reliable, professional demeanour are essential.
